Our retail store is open Wednesday - Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10 - 3. We are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. You can order items anytime online.
What is your return policy?
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. You must have your receipt and original tags on the item. Return amount will be issued as an in-store credit. No returns on soaps & lotions or special orders.
Do you ship?
Yes. Any products you see on our website can be shipped. Shipping prices are calculated in the checkout process.
Do you make your products?
Yes. We make both our line of wood signs and our line of soaps and lotions right on our farm in Clayton County Iowa. Signs: Our signs are made of real wood and are carved, not stenciled, adding a wonderful texture and dimension. We take great pride and care in building each of our signs so you will have a piece that is made to last. Soaps & Lotions: Our nourishing products contain a blend of natural extracts and vitamins which helps prevent dry skin and protects it, all while leaving if feeling softer, smoother, and naturally healthy looking. Our products are paraben and sulfate free.
Do you make custom signs?
Yes. Custom signs can be ordered by emailing email@example.com. There is a $35 design charge for custom signs. Here are prices for custom signs on our standard sizes:
7X7 $65 ($30 + design charge $35 = $65)
11X11 $75 ($40 + design charge $35 = $75)
9X23 $85 ($50 + design charge $35 = $85)
15X15 $100 ($65 + design charge $35 = $100)
20X20 $155 ($120 + design charge $35 = $155)
11X42 $155 ($120 + design charge $35 = $155)
Background color options for signs: Black, White, Navy, Red, Green, Orange, Brown.
Any custom signs needed that are different colors or sizes than those listed above will be quoted.
Do you wholesale your products?
Yes, we currently wholesale our signs. Wholesale policies are listed below.
NEW WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS: Minimum opening orders for a wholesale account must total $250 or more. We require this to ensure your customers are introduced to an accurate representation of Tiffany & Weller products.
NEW WHOLESALE ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS: All new wholesale applications will be
reviewed prior to acceptance. A brick & mortar location is required for all accounts. Ecommerce is allowed on your own website if you have a brick & mortar store. By checking the "I accept the terms and conditions" block in the application you are agreeing that you have provided accurate information and that the tax ID number is for your store.
WHOLESALE REORDERS: Reorder amount is $250 minimum. Accounts with no activity after 12 consecutive months are subject to inactivation.
WHOLESALE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Orders may be submitted online by visiting www.tiffanyandweller.com. Contact our Customer Success Team if you need assistance with your account or logging in. Signs may be ordered in quantities of one but each size must fill a case pack before ordering.

WHOLSALE SHIPPING: Currently we use UPS and USPS for shipping. Larger orders may require pallet shipping. Wholesale shipping will be charged at 15% of your order total.
WHOLESALE DAMAGE AND ORDER DISCREPANCIES: Any damage or order discrepancy claims should be submitted to Tiffany & Weller within 5 days of receiving the order, via email, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference order number, signs that were damaged and attach a picture.
WHOLESALE PAYMENT: Tiffany & Weller accepts Mastercard & Visa as payment.
Payments must me made at the time of the order.
WHOLESALE LEAD TIMES: Typical lead times are 2 weeks, during peak times of the year lead times may be increased.
WHOLESALE CUSTOM SIGNS: Stores that would like to purchase custom signs can do so by emailing email@example.com. A representative will work personally with your store to design and manufacture your signs. While there is no charge for custom signs minimums do apply.

Custom signs must be paid for when the order is placed. Custom orders must be placed through email.
